Same people. New look. Greater outcomes.

At Bromley Real Estate, we’re Brisbane’s newest name in property, offering a spectrum of services to clients across commercial and residential real estate.

But behind our new-look, fully-independent brand is a team that is unmatched for longevity, connections and client results.

Our team leverages market-leading industry knowledge and connections dating back almost 50 years across sales and leasing, asset management, advisory services and business broking.

Now, under the leadership of three of Brisbane’s most respected real estate figures – Directors Ben Armstrong and David Sheppard, and Chairman and Non-Executive Director Kerry Armstrong – we’ve reinvigorated our longstanding market presence under our new Bromley Real Estate brand through innovative marketing resources and reporting systems that deliver greater outcomes for clients.

All the while, our service proposition to clients represents our values of family, legacy and collaboration.

Through our collaborative culture, we’re multi-sector specialists – residential, industrial, office, retail, development sites, resorts and hotels – which presents more opportunities and exposure for our clients.

We’ve partnered with business owners and investors throughout Brisbane’s evolution of nearly 50 years: the introduction of the M1 between Brisbane and the Gold Coast, the continued development of the Trade Coast corridor and Port of Brisbane, state government and council planning scheme overhauls and even the opening of the Gateway Bridge.

We were working with clients in Beenleigh when a train line stopped at Beenleigh and now it’s an economic hub for a 100,000-strong community. We’ve also been pivotal in the transformation of cow paddocks around Yatala, Larapinta, and Berrinba into transport and logistics hubs for South East Queensland.

Bromley Real Estate has a longstanding relationship with the Yatala Enterprise Centre, having sold an industrial plot within it to Aldi for the German retailer’s first Queensland-based distribution centre.

Even before Yatala was rezoned for industrial, Bromley sold the land to the former Bullens African Lion Safari where visitors from all over Australia – indeed, the world – travelled to view lions, giraffes, buffalo and native fauna.

At every milestone in Brisbane and South East Queensland’s evolution, our clients have sought-out our team for trusted advice to navigate change.

But while we’re Brisbane-based, our people and the outcomes we deliver have helped us expand our reach. Technology has allowed us to overcome the challenges of geography; its enabled us to act on word-of-mouth referrals and service clients around Queensland. We’ve subsequently developed trusted relationships with clients from Coolangatta to Cairns, Redland Bay to Roma, in the process.

As Bromley Real Estate, we have a brand and vision to take us forward for the next 50 years. It is a proposition that remains embedded in the values of family, legacy, and collaboration in commercial and residential real estate.

We’re still the same people known for trusted advice and results. But we’re now supported by a new look, marketing tools and resources to provide even greater outcomes for our clients.
