At Bromley Real Estate, our asset management services are designed to maximise the value and performance of our clients’ commercial properties. Our asset management team is led by David Sheppard whose background spans agency leadership roles and Head of Leasing at the state government-owned QIC, which owns and manages shopping centres throughout the state.

- Risk Management and Compliance: We ensure every one of our properties complies with relevant legislative requirements and building codes. We identify and mitigate potential risks through comprehensive risk management strategies and can recommend to clients appropriate insurance coverage.
